Restorative Justice at Minster
If we ‘are’ our Christian Foundations, how then do we live?
We use our Christian Foundations as a basis for dealing with conflict and for deciding next steps.
Our school rules are already based on the Christian Foundations; we use them to help challenge bad choices and to recognise excellent behaviour.
By doing this, we encourage children to live out the Christian Foundations – we believe that this will lead to a happier community and ultimately, better learning.
We talk children through the following steps when dealing with conflict:
